I recently had All-Zone Heating and Cooling replace my original HVAC equipment after 22 years, install new high-efficiency HVAC units, and install a tankless water heater. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Tankless Water Heater Installation
I replaced my HVAC and went to a tankless hot water using the Energy Star Rebate Program. I had five estimates...All Zone was thousands less! Which gave me the ability to get the tankless hot water heater. Matt was quick to come out for the estimate and explain everything. I was scheduled quickly and the guys were on time. The crew of guys were great to deal with. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up as if they were never there. This was my last of five estimates, so glad I decided to do one more. I really felt like because of the rebates available that contractors had raised their prices. This is a large and stressful purchase and All Zone made it easy and had the best price out there. Could not recommend Matt and his crew enough!

I had an issue with my AC unit, which was installed less than a year ago. I placed the call and they had someone scheduled to come out and see it the next day.
Tim stopped by and was able to identify the issue almost immediately, based on my description of the problem. He called into the shop, had the replacement part delivered, and installed it on the same day. He also took a look at the furnace and helped replace the air filter while he was here.
Everyone I've worked with has been friendly, professional, and punctual, and Tim is no exception. Definitely a great local company for anyone looking for HVAC installation and service.

If you are looking for a hvac company I would highly recommend reaching out to All-Zone Heating and Cooling and im going to tell you why. My furnace had stopped working during the coldest weeks in January this winter and when it did I immediately reached out and set up appointments with 3 other companies after meeting with all 3 of them for estimates I was very frustrated with the outcome. Every company had just sent out a nicely dressed sales guy. While thats all well and good however when they show up unprepared to actually evaluate the hvac system and determine what needs to be done to it for the best possible results. To me thats a major problem. Instead they just whipped out there iPad and began to sell me there generic furnace and condenser bundle. I had seen an banner hanging at the EHT pal and despite being fed up with estimates I gave All-zone a call. Adrien was the technician who initially reached out to me. He showed up when he had said he would for the estimate he took the time to really look at my system and gave me options to correct certain issues I was having and that right there already set them apart from the other companies. Also the time Adrien spent to make sure I was getting the best possible system for my needs was what did it for me that spoke volumes right there alone and I knew I was dealing with a reputable company and it made me feel confident in making a decision. Also I cannot say enough good things about the two technicians Chris and Mike who were sent out to the house to do the job. They showed up everyday when they said they would and always got right to work and there was no need to babysit them like some contractors . I was quickly able to tell they knew what they were doing and they were going to do it right. They were very detail oriented and I was extremely impressed with there quality of workmanship. When they finished everything was 100% as it should be nothing to leave you guessing about. All in all this company is top tier and from what I saw have some really down to earth talented people working for them and they actually care about the customer. So if you are looking for any type of HVAC work give them a call you definitely won't be disappointed. Thank you Adrien, Mike and Chris and everyone at All-Zone!

In late August we started researching HVAC systems as we knew it was time to replace our 20-year-old system. After calling a number of places and requesting estimates, we decided to go with All Zone Heating and Cooling. This is why: Matt Widder came to our home and listened to us as we explained our wants and needs. Unlike other companies, he priced out a system that was based on want we wanted and needed and didn’t try to sell us equipment that was too big for our home or that wasn’t necessary. He provided us with an estimate before leaving our house that day. His estimate was fair and reasonable and was far less than any of the other estimates we received. He provided the make and model of all the equipment he was proposing so we were able to do our own independent research on the equipment. He stayed in touch with us and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot). Any time we contacted him with a question he answered and couldn’t be more willing to provide us with the information we requested.
Our system was installed at the end of September and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Matt was here with the crew of installers on the day of installation. The entire crew was here to start the job on time and the project was done in one day. Everyone on the job site was pleasant, efficient, organized, knowledgeable and clean. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine. When they left at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and you would never know that any work had been done.

This project started with the first call to Mr. Matthew Widder. All-Zones comfort guy. He came to assess the broken boiler situation. After careful review and new information about a state loan program, I quickly took advantage of a complete change out of my old system. I went from a standard natural gas boiler to a new high efficiency combi system! Love it. House hasn’t been this warm in years! The entire staff from start to finish was fantastic, they cleaned up as if they weren’t even here in the first place! Thank you All-Zone!!!

Dear Monica,
I’m sorry you are feeling deceived. You called us asking for a price to replace your air conditioner; All Zone then send out a comfort specialist. (salesman) If you wanted a repair, we would have sent out a repair technician. That being said, the verbal quote we gave you was a compete change out for $6800 without going to your home to look at your situation. Matt then came to your house to talk and review your needs at which point he sent you a quote for $2,800 to replace the condensing unit. The difference between your job and your friends’ job was a conversion kit to take you’re A/C from R22-to 410A refrigerant. We must flush the old refrigerant out with X-11 and refill new 410A freon for $400 difference with the conversion kit. Your friend was happy enough with our service to recommend us to you and I’m sorry we didn’t live up to their expectations of us and we apologize for that. Also, we are not a friend or a random guy off a truck; we are a fully licensed and insured company with many employees. If we sent out a tech guy to look at unit and found it to be a bad capacitor the price would be $150 for the 1st hour plus parts and any freon you may need. So, your bill with us would have probably been $450. Slightly cheaper than McAllister who you had an issue with and an actual tech guy there. Again Monica I’m sorry if you feel deceived that is never our intention however as a curtesy I would like to tell you that next year you will need more freon because you have a leak somewhere and will likely have to replace your equipment especially an R-22 unit that has been discontinued for many years. Please feel free call us and we will be more communicative to your needs. FYI, Prices are subject to change due to market fluctuation of equipment. Have a blessed day!
