"In late August we started researching HVAC systems as we knew it was time to replace our 20-year-old system. After calling a number of places and requesting estimates, we decided to go with All Zone Heating and Cooling. This is why: Matt Widder came to our home and listened to us as we explained our wants and needs. Unlike other companies, he priced out a system that was based on want we wanted and needed and didn’t try to sell us equipment that was too big for our home or that wasn’t necessary. He provided us with an estimate before leaving our house that day. His estimate was fair and reasonable and was far less than any of the other estimates we received. He provided the make and model of all the equipment he was proposing so we were able to do our own independent research on the equipment. He stayed in touch with us and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot). Any time we contacted him with a question he answered and couldn’t be more willing to provide us with the information we requested. Our system was installed at the end of September and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Matt was here with the crew of installers on the day of installation. The entire crew was here to start the job on time and the project was done in one day. Everyone on the job site was pleasant, efficient, organized, knowledgeable and clean. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine. When they left at the end of the day everything was cleaned up and you would never know that any work had been done.
